On a Sunday we run two programmes for the children - Kidzone and Flipside. These run during the Sunday service from September to June, apart from the third Sunday of the month which is a family service.
The children all attend church with their families and after the children’s talk they leave to go to the relevant programme. At Kidzone we welcome children from nursery age to P5 and we meet in the minor hall. The programme is varied and includes Bible stories, drama, memory verses, quizzes, craft and other activities. Children in P6 and P7 attend Flipside which meets in the Youth Room. Both programmes are centred around teaching the children about the love of God and what it means to a follower of Christ. As leaders it is our prayer that the children will understand the love of God and the difference that loving Jesus means for our lives and that children in our church family will come to know Jesus as their personal saviour as God speaks through the leadership team.
As our Sunday worship includes a Lifebuilders programme which runs after the service, both the Kidzone and Flipside programmes run for the length of the service plus Lifebuilders which gives parents the opportunity to attend both knowing that their children are being looked after and taught the gospel message in an age appropriate manner.
